 Simply breathtaking watercolor illustrations by Catherine Parr who is currently living and creating in Los Angeles. I am thrilled by her color combinations and the way the soft lines of pencil show beneath colored areas. Her fashion inspired characters are whimsical and sophisticated. As the artist notes: “For me, inspiration comes from many places.
